He oversees SWAT operations in San Bernardino County, the largest in California, ensuring the safety and efficiency of around 430 annual tactical missions.

A lifelong learner, Nicholas is pursuing his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from California Coast University, having already secured a Master's in the same discipline. This, combined with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from California State University, lays the foundation for his tactical prowess and leadership aptitude.

His consulting firm, NBT Consulting and Assessments, has been at the forefront of active shooter training and school site assessments in the City of Yucaipa for half a decade.
